Juice, Ice-cream, Candy, Tea, Coffee etc.
4. Flossing: Brush is not enough to clean the
plaque. Brushing and flossing are the best way to remove plaque from your teeth
and it will help you to maintain optimal oral health. Floss should be 30 cm.

5. Limit alcohol: Excess alcohol is not only
harmful for teeth but also harmful for health. It damage the enamel of teeth
and increase tooth decay.
