We all are usually caring our body muscle. But eyes are one of the important parts of our health. Each people relay on their eyes to see the world around them. But some eye disease chokes the vision. So we should care our eyes regularly so that no disease can attack our eyes. There are few tips given bellow which helps to care your eyes, avoid disease and keep eyes healthy.

  1. Beware to using computer and smart phone: Now a day computer is the part and parcel for us. We are using computer / smart phone for 2- 4 hours constantly.  So we should care to using it.
  2. Avoid reading in dim light: It may causes permanent disease to your eyes. Bring more light until you feel comfort to read books. Don’t harm yourself by reading books in dim light.
  3. Don’t wear glasses without prescription: We have a habit of test by wearing someone glasses. What is very harmful. Though you face eye problem don’t wear glasses without prescription.
  4. Don’t watch TV too much: When we watch TV we usually gazing without moving eyes, that’s why dried your eyes. It may cause frequently headache. If you are watching TV in the dark it may causes your eyes permanent damage.
  5. Don’t watch TV too closely: Watching TV too closely gives you a headache. And it may damage your eyes.
  6. Don’t masturbate your eyes: Masturbating eyes may causes you blind. If you noticed that anything into your eyes just through water. Never masturbate eyes.
If you follow the mentioned tips you will not be attacked by eye disease. After all if you face eye disease contact with eye care/ doctor. So follow the tips, keep healthy eyes.

It’s not only give you healthy teeth, but also give fresh breathe and remove bad smell from breath. Remember that don’t brush your teeth after taking food. Because at the time of taking food it makes the softer of the teeth enamel temporarily. So after taking food, wait at least 30 minutes to brush.

1.   Twitch in a day: Brush your teeth in the morning and evening. At the time of brushing should take at least 2 minutes. Make sure that it happens in all surfaces and no plaques are available after brushing.
Your brush should be soft bristled. And brush should replace in every three months.
If the brush is worn, replace it instant.

2.  Use fluoride toothpaste: There are many different types of toothpaste on the market. You should understand what toothpaste is effective for your teeth. There is an efficient method to informing people that how amount of fluoride content in toothpaste. It measure as ppm F. Make sure that your toothpaste contain at least 1000 – 1500 ppm F. Less than 1000 fluoride will not be effective to protect your teeth.

3. Limit sugar consumption: Excess sugar consumption is harmful for health. Excess sugar may causes fatten and decreases sugar balance in your body. It erodes the enamel of the teeth.
Limit the list of foods includes:
Juice, Ice-cream, Candy, Tea, Coffee etc.

4.  Flossing: Brush is not enough to clean the plaque. Brushing and flossing are the best way to remove plaque from your teeth and it will help you to maintain optimal oral health. Floss should be 30 cm. just insert the floss between your teeth and curve on around on teeth.

5.  Limit alcohol: Excess alcohol is not only harmful for teeth but also harmful for health. It damage the enamel of teeth and increase tooth decay.

6. Meet the dentist: Pain of teeth is extreme enough. If you feel problem on teeth don’t delay to contact with community health care or dentist.

Evergreen



Everybody wants to keep his young age forever. But time is not constant. There is no way to avoid becoming old. There are some tips for you that can help you to keep young, strong and being evergreen.

  1. Food taking rule: Now a day we are taking food without following rule. When the food/drink tested we take much more than necessity. And when not tested we avoid food and enjoy hunger, what is very harmful for health. Take food according to your necessity and practice to equalize every day.                                                                                   
  2. Physical exercise: “Early to bed early to rise, Makes a man healthy and wise”. Practice physical exercise regularly. Like morning walk, swimming, cycling etc.                
  3. Beware about fat food: We are always interest to take fat food. Like burger, Pizza, red meat. Beware to take such types of food continuously.                                                         
  4. Positive thinking: Negative thinking is the natural tendency of human being. But positive thinking is the way to change your brain function. Don’t be upset about anything. Think about that nothing is impossible for you. Say “All is well”. Use branded cream, Color your hair and then stand in front of mirror. Now just think that you are looking so young and strong.                                                      
  5. Sleeping later after dinner: Most of the people go to bed after completing his/her dinner. This is not helpful for your health. It will fatten you. So after having dinner take some moment for walking then go to bed.

So, Practice the mentioned tips, Be strong and looking like young (Evergreen).



How to be happy


Happiness is the satisfaction of your expectation. There are a bit difference between expectation and destination. “I will be millionaire” this is my destination but expectation should match to your worth/ability. If expectation matches with your worth/ achievement, it will automatically grow your satisfaction.

  1.      Change your thinking:

    This is the natural tendency of the people to remember negative things instead of positive thinking. But the positive thinking is the way to change your brain function. So change your thought, think about what will peace yourself and do what will batter for you.        
  2.       Fake smile in front of mirror:  
    when you were in bad mood and you can’t avoid this stress just stand in front of mirror and smile! Though it’s fake smile, you can realize yourself cool. You can even share your stress with mirrors.                                   
  3.     Count your achievement:
    Don’t count what you don’t have, Count what you already achieved. Remember that how you have achieved and think about what types of initiatives you need to take to achieve the required things. Just prepare a demo and think you will.             
  4.       Take everything easy:
    Fear is human emotion that decreases human efforts of body and mind. If someone survives constant fear whether it is physical or environmental he can become incapacitated.
     Ignore fear be confident!                                                                                                                                                    
  5.       Share with best friend:
    Everybody can help other by giving consultancy in danger but nobody can help himself. If you feel unhappy share with your best friend if reliable.                                                                                                                                                                             
  6.       Meditate
    Meditation is very much helpful to change your bad mood. In our daily activities we have to face many challenges and stress, what make ourselves bore. To avoid the stress we can meditate for a period of time. It will refresh our body and mind and prepare ourselves to concentrate for next job.                
  7.       Listen music or watch funny video:
    these are also the hobby of human being. You can listen music or watch funny videos to change your bad mood.            
  8.       Realize yourself batter:
    Think about that you are better than other who were in lower position. Think about your time isn’t expired, it’s just start now.


So always try to match satisfaction with expectation and follow the mentioned guideline.

Plastic Symbols

We are using Plastic Bottles every day to drink water or to keep liquid drink.  We are using a plastic bottle multiple times. Even we didn’t think about whether this is safe or not. There are some awareness symbols that exist in the plastic bottles which can help us to understand about the safety of its usability. Normally the number can be 1 to 7. Among them some are useful some are harmful. See below.

Symbol 1: It’s harmful to use these types of bottles more than single time.
Symbol 2: It’s safe to use these types of bottles more than single time.
Symbol 3: It’s also harmful to use these types of plastic to keep food or drink. It can be use as pall of bathroom.
Symbol 4: It’s safe to use these types of plastic more than single time.
Symbol 5: It’s safe to use these types of plastic more than single time.
Symbol 6: It’s very much harmful to use these types of plastic to keep food or drink.
Symbol 7: It’s safe to use these types of bottles more than single time.

After all we see that the symbol 2, 4 and 5 are safe, 1 and 7 can be use with awareness and 3 and 6 are harmful for health.


So, aware about life, be safe from the disease !
